I have a 69 Charger R/T and it will not start. Drove it the night before and everything worked great. Got in it the next day and it was dead (no click click, hum, nada). There is a new battery and alternator in it. Some electrical systems do still work. I have traced the wiring and all seems okay. What could be the problem?

I think I may already know the problem, but I want to ask others before I go jumping relays with a screwriver.

Make sure the ignition wire hasnt fallen off the starter relay.
Happened to me a couple of times before realising I should replace the spade plug to one that stays on.
Gotta love a '69

Have you tried starting it in neutral? Could be a bad neutral safety switch.
