it's been alright here in nj. 50 degrees in jan. i can live with that.

Not bad here if you don't mind 30 days of rain at a time :-\

Where in Washington state are you wanting to move?  I can tell you the Vancouver/Portland area housing market is unreal.  Our house has more than doubled since '97.  The new 8 story addition to the hospital they're building half mile away is gonna drive it even higher.

Actually, our state is worse...half of our towns are named after a dead prophet's kids. :crazy:
