Torco race fuel concentrate

I was wondering if anyone here had experience with this torco gas additive? It's supposed to turn 93 octane gas up to 104

I've used their fuels before and been happy with them but I've never heard of this stuff.  It would be interesting to know just how it's "different from other octane boosters".

I guess it's not leaded. There was another brand octane booster but it was lead based and I don't think they make it anymore.
