Is there a magical way to get the top right nut off the master brake cylinder? I have twisted and contorted myself with multiple socket/wrench combinations and for the love of me I cannot get that thing off!!!!  :brickwall:

Whats the key to this? Any suggestions would be great!

Right side is giving me problems! See top right nut...

Left side was easy...

Have you tried a deep socket attached to a universal joint, attached to a long extension?   3/8" drive.

I found a wobble extension with a deep socket works well.  :yesnod:

Guess I will try the wobble extension. Well it was worth a try..I figured maybe someone here knew something I didn't.  :icon_smile_big:

I have a set of deep universal sockets specifically for jobs like this. Sometimes I have to wrap a fat rubber band around the u-joint to keep it from flopping around. Have even taped a few of them to make it tighter due to hard angles like this one... Also it's best to do this job before you eat as a full stomach and contorting never seem to work well together...  ;)

Remove the drivers side seat first so you have more room.
