Now that was some good reading.

Love the comments.

Looks like this is the last post by this dude-

""I don't think anyone should be banned for it. It was my stupid mistake and I should have been smart enough to catch it as sarcasim. Thanks to those that are taking me seriously. I appreciate the help that I did get. Not sure what I am going to do yet, I may take it in and have it looked at by a professional. See what this is going to cost."""

That's one of the funniest things I have ever read!!  :smilielol:  Real or not, it's hilarious!!

Drache

Some of his other posts:

He posted asking how much horsepower he lost due to the emblem on his intake missing because "I thought it might affect the air flow of the intake".

He bragged his STOCK car ran in the 11 second bracket at the drag race in the 1/4 mile then after being called on it he reread his time slip and it said 1/8 mile. He admitted to not knowing the difference in distance when racing.

He said his V6 '97 GTP (with a new pulley and exhaust work) beat a real GT500.

"I use straight Lucus oil additive. It is probably the best lubricating product available." That's right he says he doesn't use oil just straight additive...

"I've had no issues running straight Lucus. It actually made the whole engine alot quieter and runs alot smoother. The guys at Autozone recommended it. Working great for me."

"Those guys that are making more Torque then HP are BSing. Unless you have NOS, it is impossible to make more torque then HP. "

I don't know, I think there really are people who are just that stupid.  We've had a couple of near contenders on here.

1969chargerrtse

They are out there. And more are being born each day as they only know how to use the their phone.

I love my dad but he drained 5 quarts of oil out of his engine and added 5 quarts of oil to the trani. He went down the road knocking and the trani wouldn't shift. Ha ha.
I asked my younger brother to add a quart of oil to the car before we took a ride. It took him about 15 mins to empty the can dribbling it into the dip stick.
Then there's me, a total gear head. Weird?
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

Well At least your brother can still laugh with his dad cuz he at least knew where to put the engine oil.....

A guy I know told me a story once of a neighbour that had a accident while working on his car. Before the ambulance took him to the hospital he told his wife to fill up the engine with oil before driving it again. So she did. But she got a bit suspicious and went over to my buddy to come and have a look at the car because she found it hard to believe that there went so much oil into an engine. Well glad she did because she filled the whole engine with oil all the way up to the filler cap ...
Greetings from Belgium, the beer country

NOS is nice, turbo's are neat, but when it comes to Mopars, there's no need to cheat...

I think he's doing it for laughs. In one of his posts you quoted Drache he says he runs straight Lucas oil additive with no oil lol but then in the post in question he says he uses Mobil1.

Oh well, he's given us all a good laugh!!

I worked at Western Auto years ago (I was 18!) Anyway I had a girl come in and ask why her oil took so long to put in her car I asked her what she meant I said "show me" we walk out to her car and she is trying to put the oil in through the dipstick!!!! I saw another time a girl (there is a trend here) said her car would not start, pulled the dipstick out and the oil was about 9 inches up the stick!!!!  :smilielol: anthother time a older lady had came in the store when I was working at Western Auto and wanted power steering fluid she bought some and comes back in after about 5 minutes all worried and said she thinks she made a mistake by putting it in the wrong place we shuffle outside and she points at the master cylinder resivoir!!!  :smilielol: There are all sorts of idiots out there!!!
Sold my Charger unfortunately....never got it finished.
