I just tore apart my rear suspension and the hanger studs are breaking, which are press in 3/8 course thread. I am also replacing the center section and axle housing and its missing the 20 3/8x24f nuts. So I went to advance and they sold the nuts in a pack of 4 for about 3 bucks. Kinda ripoff. I cant seem to track down either of these items in a google search. Does anyone have a place they go to get such things? I'll be looking for fender bolts soon enough as well.

Mancini has the axle housing hardware as a akit:

They also have replacement spring hangers with studs but I would just replace the studs with bolts.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.

Not sure if they are still there but, There was a place in Concord Calif. with quality "American made fasteners of almost any kind" Their Called "The Screw Shop", when building my race cars, I use to get any finish, type, size, grade, 6 point/12 point, allen or cap screws, torxs etc., titanium, steel, moly, aluminum, including aviation or safety wire type bolts & bolts with any shank or thread Metric/US, any I wanted, if they don't have it they can order it, & have them in a day if you cover the rush shipping, also our Orchard supply here in Sonora Calif. has pretty good screws, washers, spacers, nuts & bolts selection, so does the Concord Calif. store or they use to any way... Try ARP.com   or  Fastenal.com  or  gotbolts.com  also maybe try to  Google Automotive  Fastener Manufacturers...
