71 SE Charger headlight doors stuck open

When I turn on the lights the doors open but after a while I hear a buzzing electric sound coming from some type of relay under the dash inside the car about midway under the dash . It's a relay of some type. Sometimes it works but has now failed completely. Last time it continued to buzz until I turned off the lights. Before that the headlight doors would open and close at random.  Anyone know what relay this is and where to get one?  Maybe an idea as to a fix?
