No, a single pulley/belt with an idler pulley. The only use of the double WP pulley was with the Leece-Neville alternator.

'69 was the first year they went to a smaller WP pulley to overdrive the fan 140% so you'll be looking for '69 and later, '68 and earlier drive the fan closer to 1-1.
