Have you ever had those subtle hints or weird things happen that suggest you get something?

My 383 is currently being rebuilt and recently it has been playing on my mind on what it will sound like when I get it back.
These past few days, every afternoon whilst on the computer, I'm drawn to look at the clock. Everytime I do, it says 4:26....

Also a couple of mornings, I wake up and look at the clock and it showed 4:26.....

Even this morning whilst at the gym, I was on the treadmill looking up at the morning news, I looked down as the display ticked over to 4:26....

Soooo....I guess I must save for a 426  :icon_smile_big: (either that or a 440 hemi  )
Make it idiot proof, and somebody will make a better idiot!

Maybe the battery in your clock is dead & just stopped on 4:26.  :shruggy:

I always seem catch the odometer when it clicks over in 0000's. I don't look at it that often and it only happens with this car for some reason, so  :shruggy:  Maybe it's telling me I'm putting too many K's on it  :slap:

Indy used to market a 383 based 426 stroker wedge.    My friend George had one before he went 426 Hemi.

This thread reminds me of the movie Amityville Horror (original version I think), where the home owner would wake up every night at exactly 3:15 am, (the time that the murders occurred), and all the trouble would start in the house. :eek2:
My 1969 Charger. RIP......Rest in pieces.

I have a mild obsession with clock numbers, many numbers on a digital clock will evoke a memory and not all are car-related. 9:11 is memorable; 2:51, 6:40, 6:55, 7:04 are all building numbers I used to work in, ad nauseum.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.
