What should this am 8 track unit go in

I have a thumb wheel am 8 track unit that was in my 70 Charger R/T. Although apropriate for the car (coded for an am 8 track), the unit says solid state by plymouth on the front lens cover rather than Chrysler solid state. Does anyone know what this particluar unit should go in. I know the Chargers said Dodge solid state in 68 and 69 - 70 when it changed to Chrysler solid state. So I am curious about this one. And if someone has the apropriate Chrysler lens piece I would be interested in one as I don't want to let this unit go (it works)

It says( the unit says solid state by plymouth). So Then it belongs to a plymouth the questions is which car.
It is from a 70 superbird

Looks like it's for a '68 - '70 Plymouth B-body. The 8-tracks had the thumbwheel knobs.
Is there a sticker with a part number on it?

   mine says chrysler in my 70 plymouth

The only identifying marks are on the sides with 400b and 20 on one side and 745 with either 17 or 12 stamped on the other. i opened the cover and found a patent pending sticker, but that was about it

 My observation has been that it was 1970 when the "Chrysler" name started being used on all radios. Before that, in 68 & 69 there was "Dodge", "Plymouth" and even "Dart" names on radios. I believe your am/8 track radio would be correct for 68 & 69 Plymouth B bodies.
