Looking for a car in Australia

Hey,

I sold this car through a broker in October 2007. It was a 1969 R/T SE non-numbers 440. It was a General Lee then we took the decals off and put a black R/T stripe on the car before it was sold. All I know from what the broker told me was that it was going to Australia.

I'm wondering if anyone has seen photos of this car or if someone from Australia has seen the car at any local shows?

Seemed like a cool guy, the broker said when the car got there he fired it up and surprised his kid and picked him up from school in it.

Just wondering what happened to it or who owns it.

Also one noticeable difference from a normal charger is that it does not have any Charger or SE emblem on the roof.

Serial number ? Looks too clean to be mine

Not mine either and I haven't seen another one in Perth other than mine that looks as nice as that one in the pic.
There's a couple orange ones here but they're GL'd up and rather tatty looking.
Haven't even seen anyone on our national Mopar forums that owns one.

Tatty huh ?    :icon_smile_blackeye:

There is another nice orange one near here but not sure if it's an R/T or not.

This car was an original 1969 R/T SE and was non numbers matching but did have a 1969 HP 440 in it. It had a set of headers with 2.5" duals with an H pipe and also had a set of cutouts on it so either way it was loud and louder. Had tan interior with the woodgrain dash kit and woodgrain steering wheel.

The car didn't have a Charger emblem or SE emblem because we originally built it as a General Lee then turned it back. I think I remember hearing a rumor that the buyer might turn it back into a General Lee but I'm not sure.

Also had a set of black headman headers and was a console automatic.

Found some more info on my bill of sale I found. That vin number I posted above is correct and it is someone named Nikola in Leppington Austrailia. Sold it to him on 11-17-2007
