Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.  Especially if they have access to the internet.

Something about it reminds me of an Aussie Charger.

They made it ugly.

It does have an Aussie look to it, but then again it has a FUGLY one as well.

It looks like they were going for a more modern look. Smoothing all the lines and blending
it all together. The workmanship looks good, but to me the car has lost its identity and just looks melted. :icon_smile_question:

I like the front end but don't care much for the flared rear & have never been a big fan of purple. The color is fine but it just seems to gets tossed on everything.

If it was black with some black pro comps then it would look much better, to me at least.

I agree it was a Duster. Looks like someone watched "The Road Warrior" too many times. If people keep doing things like this, there won't any classic muscle cars left.
My 1969 Charger. RIP......Rest in pieces.

Im guessing if a few people take liberties with creating there idea of a muscle car, there will still be something left over for the purist.  I don't care for the look but, to each his own

I kinda dig it! At least the guy had the nuts to execute an original concept instead of cloning something already done a thousand times before.

Its a Dart Sport . Look at the ridge down the center of the hood.
I like that someone modified the car. The Dart Sport cars were a step down from the Demon stylewise, and even though THIS one isn't exactly what I would do, it is different.

it' would be worse if you were into factory stock vehicles from the early part of the 20th century eg 30s fords. most get modded into hot rods.

Also in part due to the market for those cars somewhat tanked a while ago. Stock Model T's, early Fords, etc.
Most found abandoned in a field, etc, are prime candidates for a hot rod renewal in life. Not to mention the abundance of aftermarket goodies. You can build an entire hot rod from one catalog.
