So the best response I've gotten from Husqvarna's A1 customer service is that they would give me a discount on a new saw.  How much a discount you ask?   Well that depends on what saw I buy! ;)

Incidentally, they wouldn't have warrantied a lean running condition even if it had DETONATED 2 weeks after buying the damned thing!

so wait, a lean running engine that was set up that way from the factory they won't warranty?  Looks like I won't be buying a Husqvarna anytime soon!

Sometime this week when I'm off and eating lunch.  never seam to eat at noon.  More like 4pm.  I'm going to call the dealer and let them know the verdict.   Then inform him (I'll ask to talk to the owner) that if I were to buy another if won't be from him!  I'll try to squeeze in the fact that I have a big mouth and work with alot of men.

Also, how can I post on husqvarnas web site without getting myself in legal trouble.  I need some satisfaction.

simple.... do a you tube video showing the piece of crap chain saw with the damage and say on there what they told you.

Every Husqvarna saw I have ever bought was tuned by the selling shop before I could take it and the selling price included a "After brake in" tun up. I was told it was all required by Husqvarna to make the saw eligible for the factory warrenty. As it brakes in the engine will require more fuel so it makes sense to me. Is it possable the selling dealer didn't hold up their end of that deal? Or is the shop I by my stuff from doing somthing on their own to keep from having warranty issues to have to deal with?

I may be schizophrenic but at least I have us!

surmanajaja

all the local guys who cut wood for living use Stihl and dont recommend anything else. I have a decades old saw thats pieced from 2-3 ones by my dad so I wont comment on experience
