Saw this on a current Ebay advertised '68. Does not look good at all. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Dodge-Charger-RT-1968-Dodge-Charger-RT-/250969435684?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item3a6ef1ae24  I don't know what moves people to do this.  :icon_smile_dissapprove:

Love the car. That emblem looks terrible there. Tacky.

'69 Charger R/T. Restoration in progress...

Fancy drilling holes for that. Mind you I did once see a 70 Charger with a big silver cobra snake emblem (from a Mustang) mounted on the front quarter panel.
I have never ever seen anything look so ridiculously out of place. But the owner of the Charger seemed hugely satisfied.  :eek2:

Tomorrow is promised to no one.......drive your Charger today.

In that vein you are absolutely correct. It just struck me a bit sharply, though.  :icon_smile_wink:

I'll bang on this one - looks like crap. No reason to be polite.

A so-called restorer did that nasty thing? Really?   :rotz:

As bad as it is up close, it is 100 times worse from the distance shot.

Fancy drilling holes for that...

Maybe it is held on my adhesive/double-siding tape? Maybe could be just pulled off? Wishfull thinking for any potential buyer who doesn't like that part...

When I saw the title of this thread, I expected to see a rather rough car. I would have said,"that figures". When I saw how nice the car was in pictures, I just said "WHY"?
My 1969 Charger. RIP......Rest in pieces.
