If that is a real wing it is worth 4-5k alone.

I remember when that crushed Velour[Spelling?] seats was all the rage back in the late 80's. You had that sh*t in your ride, you was the sh*t.

Don't like the paint and wing. Love the rest.

That's just wrong!

If it was 1971 you would have loved it! Some Earth Wind & Fire in the 8 track, your lady by your side. It's a classic in every way.  :D

I really doubt it's a real Daytona wing, look at the rest of the car, it's got to be a cheap knockoff reproduction piece...

Yep take all the cheesy stuff off, repaint & it could maybe sell for $16K, it's a 440 car... too many cheesy mods for my taste, even back in the 70's...

You'd have to spend a lot of time and money on that abortion of an interior to make it worth 16K

It must have ran alright. He didn't live to far from me and I would see it quite often. I would see it parked were he worked and always thought it was kinda cool. He had it for sale on Craigslist for less than that a few years ago.
I pointed to two old drunks sitting across the bar from us and told my friend
"That's us in 10 years".
He said "That's a mirror, dip-shit!

I don't know, at least they didn't use some cheap ass pop up sun roof.  That looks to be an authentic Mopar piece so I happen to agree that it very well could be a real wing.

yep...almost looks like a factory sunroof?  i would have bought it for the sunroof, my RT needs the sliding door.

$17,000 for this piece of shit.  It's a pink-painted '68 (da fuq?) with no motor or transmission, and it's clearly been hit in the front ("due to a recent mishap" - no shit).

Really?  $17k?  Really?

This car has been for sale since forever.  And isnt the drivers side the "left" fender and not the right?   :shruggy:

wingcar

I am very familiar with this car as he worked for the same company and his car was parked out front for some time.   As the pictures show, the car needed a lot more love than it got by this owner.  The custom paint job only served to take your eyes from all the areas that needed work.  Such as the interior, which had a 1966 Coronet dash "almost" installed, half the original '68 Charger dash pieces that went missing, and a homemade center console (which appears to have been removed).  The Daytona wing was a fiberglass reproduction if I remember correctly. The best thing about this Charger was the owner installed sun roof which came from a Cordoba and looked factory....too bad he did apply the same level of attention to the interior.   The engine was a 383 4-bbl.
