Mopar Performance under the new corporate stewardship

So as we enter 2012 and have some Fiat time under our belts now, has anyone heard much in the way of news for the future of performance and restoration parts from Chrysler?

Since Fiat took over Chrysler you can't get MP parts from the dealers anymore here in Europe. Really sucks...the dealer told me that they didn't buy the MP distribution network and it's really hard for the former Chrysler dealers (now Lancia) to get parts.

That would suck, you would think the very opposite situation would have taken place and that it would be easier and cheaper for you to get parts.

Hopefully that won't be the case here, We definitely don't want to go back to the 80's style DC {Direct Connection} distributorships, a bunch of fly by night small distributorships, really crappy service & not many parts to choose from, back then...
