Disc brake conversion for 8 3/4

Anyone used this setup on a 69 Charger?

Looks to be well priced but are there any pitfalls?

If you buy it make sure they tell you what they used so it will be easy to get spare parts. Pads Rotors.

Will this swap still use the stock axle bearings or do you need to change to the "green " bearings (non adjustable) ?

Call them & ask them, but I would check.... Most of the rear disc brake conversion require the Green bearing, that one doesn't say either way... SSBC, Baer Brakes, Willwod,, Inline-tube, Dr. Diff, Magnumforce Racing, Mancini Racing & others all sell kits at or about the same price....

I installed an SSBC kit , you could use the stock wheel brgs & it bolted on without removing the axles but it was on a Challenger& with the above diff position of the sway bar the calipers were too wide & interfered with the sway bar . this would not be a problem on the Charger though.

Good to know... Thinking about the SSBC rear kit for my 68 RR... Already have the Force 10's on the front...
