what year did the start puttin the vin # on the blocks?
70 Dodge Charger 500
70 Duster (Moulin Rouge)
73 Challenger
50 Dodge Pilot House

69 in that location , mid 68 had them at the top of the belhousing flange so they could stamp both the engine & trans
