What better time to fantisize about convertibles then in the middle of winter!  So I figured a thread was in order.....'68-'70 B-body ragtops. The more pictures the better, especially 1970 verts as those are quite rare and my favorites.

My 1st Mope was a '68 so I have a soft spot for them.  I almost traded my Challenger for this car.  The one pic was it's current state & the other ds440 chopped it for me to see what it'd look like restored back to it's tag.

There's a burgundy one along with your car that really stoked my imagination.  My next car will be a rag.  The wife & I had the most fun in one I had many years ago.

I couldn't get the guy to send any photos of it but he emailed saying he had a truck in the area & could pick up my car.   :shruggy:

That is without a doubt the sweetest 68 Coronet I have seen.  You have done a great job on it.  :2thumbs:

Thanks.  Found some surprises with this car also.   Never know what you have until you take the clothes off!  I found about 40 lbs of bondo on this car.   The car still isn't were I want it to be, but it's drivable and fun.  :2thumbs:

The '68 to '70 B-Body ragtops are my favorites.

Here's one of mine, a 1969 Satellite that I've had since 1984. It's a 318 car, but was optioned with a P/Top, P/S, P/B, AM/FM radio & A/C.

Very solid car with the original floors.....

One day I'll get it to look like this.....

Here's another one I have, a '68 Coronet 500, also a 318 car, but only has a P/Top & AM radio for options. I snagged it as a parts car originally, but decided to keep it & would like to build a Charger convertible out of it. It need quite a bit of sheet metal including the front frame rails.   ::)
