If I end up doing my dash bezels with this stuff, how much would I need?

For those who have used it on the bezels I don't suppose I can have the longer pieces done with just one continuous piece of foil so how well do the seams show?  What about the gauges, do you cut out a circle or a straight piece and work it around in a circle?

Which of the paint pens matches this foil closest and which foil is recommended.  Chrome or ultra bright chrome?

Not sure what you mean here, plus thinking you may have intended to put this in the Interior section?  :scratchchin:  I think you are referring to restoring/re applying the chrome details to the dash cluster.

Couple threads on re chroming bezels here if I guessed correctly.

Sorry if I am off the mark.

I was also thinking that an imitation sliver leaf. (or gold if you like that 90s bling thing  :icon_smile_big: ) Though that might not do well with abrasion.

It is for the bezels but since the foil is intended for scale model building I posted it here.

I do not intend to send out my restored and thus now mint bezels only to get back a different set with chrome on it.  I also wouldn't want these parts to get damaged or lost in the mail.  I am way too much ocd when it comes to finish and honestly I am never happy with the results of others.  I prefer to do the work myself.  I can definitely live with the trim being a little less than real chrome but don't want plain silver, I'm still hoping to find the spaz stix paint which will be about as close to chrome as you can get.

The foil is my backup plan, when done right it seems real nice, but I've never used it so I'm hoping someone here can shed some light on its characteristics.

I tried it. Didn't like it much. Because of the size sheet you get you will need to cut strips and do it in sections. It was fairly shiney but it wasn't going to fool anyone into thinking it was original. I'm pretty meticulous and took my time but didn't like the results. I thought it looked OK at about 6 foot away. If you're OCD I don't think you will be happy with the results.
