1968 Charger lock support

Well,
Is the vertical lock support in the trunk the same between 1968 and 1969 Chargers.
Gotta ask, because the one in the car I'm working on is cut
AMD says it is

I see the 69 pt # is 2902969 but I don't have my 68 book handy to compare #'s

Not sure but I can't imagine why they would be any different. :shruggy: Other than the tail panel there's really no difference between 68-69 in that area that I can think of.

yeah would of thought they would be the same but ,  mines different from the one in the picture , it has three  holes  , for accessing  the name plate speed nuts   :scratchchin: :popcrn:

Here are my 68s and a 69 (69 has extra hole at the top and threaded holes for cover). I couldn't get any good pictures of the lock hole area.
