WIW.. rebuilt 400 and 727 trans

I'm looking at a car that has this combo...
I want to take a different route and wondered what the 400+727 would get me (roughly speaking)

I haven't asked if any extras other than stock options were used on the rebuild so for now assume it's a stock rebuild I guess...  I can call them and find out more on that..

$300-$400 and leave it in the car so the buyer can test drive it. Get the receipts if you can, just about anybody is going to consider it a used engine core.
