Unfortunately with hi-dollar builds like this, more often than not you almost never get back what is invested in labor.

YEP,  especially when you pay to have someone else do all of the work, it adds up fast at $100/hr....

Very true - The only people to turn profits are

a) people who cut corners and do bare minimum work

b) people who do the work themselves
