Great post Steve. In fact I declare it the Post of the Year! (with only 2 days left)

In front of the WalMart tops it off! And a Gump line too. You are a genius.  :2thumbs:

So I'll play the caption this redneck game: I'm guessing a really really "small" minded redneck?

That's an excellent Idea, I know that will go viral for sure.
We will just need to work on the speed and wind resistance calculations on the Smart to figure out how we can get enough speed out of it to jump the required 18 feet.

A 12 pack of bungee chords might just do the trick.
Or what if we put it on the end of a pumpkin chunkin air cannon?

I think I just puked a little in my mouth  :eek2:

Its bad enough that you see GL paint jobs on Dusters, golf carts... etc.. but a 'smart' car???

Thats as wrong as Jane Fonda hosting a Vietnam Veterans reunion.....

These smart cars have been pretty popular in Europe for a whle...It reminds me of an incident a few years ago the 65th D-Day Normandy Anniversary in France.  I went with a detachment of Marines for the ceremony, and as Marines will do, that night they got pretty trashed on liberty in Paris.  One thing leads to another (testostone + beer = disaster) and they decided it would be a great idea to pick up one of these cars and move it to the other side of the street into the neighbors lawn.  I was told they are pretty easy to pick up....

You're wasting your breath... One thing I've learned about this forum is that that Gl's are the butt of all jokes (If I had $1 for every "paint it orange and put 01 on the doors!" crack I'd be wealthy enough to retire) and apparently don't belong in the precious Charger community... Outcasts, I tell ya... Outcasts!!

BTW, I saw this Smart Car about a month ago. I wanted to buy it and carry it around in the bed of my SuperDuty.. .Sure beats carrying a spare around...

"Eco-redneck". Now THAT'S some good stuff right there

The guy that owns this 4X4 General is a member here, and it is actually well done.  If I remember correctly he was off-roading it a couple years back and wrecked it. I thought the one quarter and sail panel were caved in.  I am guessing he has fixed it by now.
