Pat Harper's old Daytona.  I looked at it to buy before Pat bought it; it didn't have the nosecone and I didn't have the money to buy the car and a nose.  In the video, Phil mentions an old photo that was taken of the car that he used for the pattern of the vinyl top molding.  That picture is posted on here somewhere and was taken in my front yard.
