Yes, looks like a 73 or 74.  
On the door, remember the arrow always goes before the emblem and always points forward.
So driver door would be arrow<Charger, passenger door Charger>arrow.
Trunk, Dodge goes on top and a bit to the left of the smaller Charger script.

Oops, almost forgot. It's a 74. Can anyone post a close up picture of how the square dodge emblem goes on the back, with the Charger script?

The two big charger emblems look just like the ones on my pillars and the small charger emblem and the arrow look just like the ones that go between my taillights
