Wow! Good for you. I need to lose at least 35 lbs. The last time I dieted I lost 30 lbs. Put it back on in 2 years.  :rotz:

A couple of weeks ago, before they yanked my prostate out, my Urologist didn't like the looks of my EKG.  He sent me to a Cardiologist to make sure I wouldn't die of a heart attack on the operating table.  The cardiologist said I was fine for the operation, but that I was "the perfect candidate for a future heart attack."  So, I have 2 New Years Resolutions:

1.  Regain bladder control
2.  Dump 50 pounds.

My new years resolution is to get the motor running on the Charger, and the right hand drive conversion done. I have 3 weeks off work so I should get a lot done....

Another resolution was not to get angry easily, but that failed as I made it BEFORE I started work on the Charger....Just lucky that the Charger is a nice looking car and I am gutting the old design and replacing it with modern technology
Make it idiot proof, and somebody will make a better idiot!

If you think Education is difficult, try being stupid!

PA Dodger

My resolution will be to quit procrastinating about everything.
...and lose weight.
...and not be a slave to work.

But January 1st isn't any good for me so I'll start on the 7th. :D

Mine are centered around the Charger.
I plan to treat it more like a car and less like a trophy.
I plan to drive it harder than ever.
I plan to test things and maybe even break them.
When I cross the finish line of life, I want to be a sizzling, smoldering, scratched up wreck with a huge smile on my face.

Down 16 lbs from my pre-operation weight (7 weeks ago today).  34 lbs to go.  Bladder control isn't where I'd like it to be, but much better than it was 5 weeks ago.

Oddly enough I am hoping to put on at least 50 lbs. I am 6' and barely pushing 130. And I am trying to get into shape to get into SWAT a few years from now. Gotta start early so if I take a few days off I don't need to worry about it too much.

I wish I could eat like that too. Man life would be good. But I am too health conscious to do that. I am only 22 and would like to live to see my daughter graduate high school.
