Does anybody sell the clear plastic that covers the woodgrain?

I'm sure you can get a self adhesive clear plastic but would a new woodgrain applique not have a clear already on it and therefore be easier?

I got a woodgrain sticker from Legendary, does not look to have the coating, but I will ask them.

Are they supposed to be covered with a clear?

My original had a clear plastic cover over the woodgrain sticker. Because when I sprayed that remover on the console it bubbled up like crazy.
