What do these wires go to

These are under the steering column cover, the second pic is just under the 8 track

Second picture. The red wire with the blue end is constant hot. The other red with red cap is not, The yellow wires are on the delay

out of the steering column.
flat white 3 wire connector is turn signal switch with the cornering lamp circuits.
small single connector wire is key lamp
2 single red wires are key in warning buzzer.

The 2 orange wires that are hanging down go to the heater control light display, The two yellow are coming off of the timer delay relay and has one orange wire, and a yellow with black tracer that are connected to wiring harness the two yellow I cannot find where they plug into. The two reds come out of the harness just outside the fuse box. I believe one is to the lighter but do not know where the other one connects, one is hot the other is not.
