I'm sure none of us Aussies could ever have imagined that tri-tip had anything to do with a cow!   :eek2:

It's an exotic meat.  Not available in Australia.

Oh, I get it now....................it's good old fashioned RUMP STEAK.  :icon_smile_big:

Tomorrow is promised to no one.......drive your Charger today.

Deep fried turkey
Noodles
Biscuits
Dressing
Mashed potatoes
Deviled eggs
Home made wine

Pretty much the same thing every Christmas, between the turkey, carbs and wine it's nap time afterwards. :2thumbs:

Honey baked ham and trimmings and steaks off the bbq for lunch at the inlaws , likely I'll be on the end of the tongs doing the steaks and going easy on the beers or bubbly with my wife driving , then in the late afternoon heading down to Mums place about an hour South for more of the same
Mmm, Pavlova with whipped cream, kiwifruit and strawberries on top and then sponge pineapple roll with coconut dusting on top for dessert and probably fruit salad as well , not sure  - just going on previous track record  :icon_smile_big:

Old Dog, Old Tricks.
