We usually do a garlic/herb prime rib on Christmas. So tasty.  :drool5:

Deep-fried turkey is also delicious, I just did one of those. So, so delicious.  :drool5: :drool5:    Just make SURE you cook it outside!
Still not sure what Christmas Eve plans are gonna be yet.

Our Christmas eve feast is always a no meat dinner. It's a Polish tradition.

I make up for it on Christmas Day. Prime rib, Fred Flintsone size.

No extended family this year on Christmas day (thank you Lord) but I think I might barbecue some bacon-wrapped filet mignon for the wife and kids anyway. That or we'll go out to eat. We're just going to kick back and relax, play it by ear and avoid as much holiday stress as we can this time.

It's an exotic meat.  Not available in Australia.
