hey guys hows it goin??,my beloved 68 charger rt has developed quite a misfire at idle after around 2000 miles being trouble free :shruggy: have changed the points, condensor leads, coil and spark plugs :eek2: gonna have a look at the carb do you guys know of any problems that might cause rough running at idle??seems to be on at least 3 or 4 cylinders but once under load tis perfect im thinking maybe the idle circuit :shruggy:
I don't care what is is designed to do,I want to know what it can do.

There have been a bunch of bad (new) condensors out there. Could be a gummed up or dirty idle circuit....

stripped and cleaned carb today also uncovered two extra screws that were filled with lead see pic, managed to screw them out after warming the case somewhat.(seized solid)and adjusted them equally and now runs better than ever :2thumbs:
