Help identifying Power Steering Pump for pressure hose

Hi Guys..

I'm at a loss here, and hope to find help here..
The thing is, my power steering is leaking from the pressure hose, but noone can tell me what kind I have, and where to get a new one..

I've snapped a couple of photos, and hope one or more of you guys can help me identify what hose I need..

 its saginaw pump !!   but the later model , with  different  reservoir  .  pump its self can directly interchange between   old  & later  fluid reservoirs !

My local parts store is.. Well there is no local parts store, since I'm located in Denmark.. But I will definately be looking into the links and partsnumbers you gave me here..
