lower car with adjustable pinion snubber

anyone using an adjustable pinion snubber on a lowered 68- 70 B body?

If so, any problems, looking into installing one and just wanted to find out before I start

If you are talking about the old style Mopar Performance one, there is a good chance it won't work.  They were designed for use with the Super Stock springs and can get pretty tight just with a stock suspension.  The newer threaded adjuster style might work.

The stock ones are about as low as you can go, obviously if the car is at or below stock height a taller snubber won't work. I had one on mine, with SS springs and after it sat for 3 years the spring sag smashed the snubber nose.

But even if they are too tall out of the box, all it takes is a little time with a bandsaw to trim them down low enough to fit. Its actually pretty easy to do.

Its not used . . . brand new piece . . .

Same snubber im using as above pic, I lowered my car 1" and cut the the snubber sleeve and treads 1" and reweld, it works great.
