No, I believe he is high as well.  If I was to price them out, here is what I think they would be worth.

1970 Chrysler 300H                     $7,000.00 ish
1969 Dart Swinger                        $1,000.00
1970 Dart Swinger 340                  $2,000.00
1970 Barracuda /6                        $2,000.00
1971 Road Runner 383 4-speed      $3,000.00
1969 Super Bee 383 4-speed          $2,000.00
1969 Charger 383 4-speed             $4,000.00
1971 Charger R/T 440 auto            $5,000.00
1970 Challenger /6 auto                $2,000.00

The green car and the gun metal car are the same car.  It looks like the hood, fender and door were replaced at one time.

Ironically a friend I know is pretty sure he knows who owned the cars originally.

Your still high on the Roadrunner & Charger prices. 3rd gens still don't bring the higher prices like the 2nd gens do. And that '69 is not much more then a parts car. When I got my '69, I got it for $1000, and it was in WAY better shape then that one, and mine need a frame rail and all the floors. It was a 383 4spd car too. But mine still had most of all the other parts, perfect grill, and chrome and roof. If it was a R/T 4spd car, yeah, then and only then I'd say maybe $4000.  :Twocents:

That's almost market value you better jump on it.

I'm looking for a 68-69 charger project car but I'm afraid if I got that one you are trying to peddle, I would still be looking for a 68-69 charger project car.

I have followed the Hurst prices and 12K is way to high...7K and the car will sell. Not so much demand for them & the car needs a healthy amount of work but is in the best shape of everything else the guy had.

Yeah I agree, the Hurst at around 7 isn't too bad.  Everything else depends upon getting them out of the barn and seeing how bad the rest of the frames and underneath are.

The 69 Charger looks bad, but the holes in the roof are from the vinyl top holding in moisture.  The floors on the inside had surface rust, but I didn't readily see any holes.  Definitely restorable.

I plan on getting out there again on Sunday to go over the cars more carefully.

FWIW....that Bee was on eBay out of Rutherfordton, NC in 2005. As it was built in STL, didn't happen to get a picture of the tag on the Bee did you? :icon_smile_big:
Seeking information on '69 St. Louis plant VINs, SPDs and VONs. Buld sheets and tag pictures appreciated. Over 3,000 on file thanks to people like you.

Yup, getting some more info on what they might be worth.  7k for the 300H is around what people are saying.  And like 800-1000 for the 340 Dart and less for the 69 Swinger.  And so on from there.  I hope to get out there Sunday to take more pictures and get more information.

Ryan, are you still in my area?  I might give $500 for the 71 just to put the hideaways (possibly side markers) on my 72, an part the rest if these are close by. otherwise not worth hauling..the left front frame rail on that thing is TOAST.  I could build one hell of a roundy round car out of that shell, but the front stub would be all 1/8 plate.  Im sure plenty here will want to string me up for saying so but its a parts car now no mater what it was in 71.

An uncle of mine has a Hurst 300 that has been in our family since the early 80's. It was bought off a buddys dad who got it brand new. Anyways I am more than aware of the lack of ANY reproduction parts for the Hurst edition, emblems not included. He paid out the nose for some NOS leather seat material but if you want anything it will have to be NOS just about. It is not about turning a buck as the car has a very rich history with my uncles as two of them have owned the car. Plus they don't flip cars for money. :Twocents: :Twocents:
