im finishing up the motor swap and im putting the electrical harnesses back in. i tried to bump the starter and it did nothing. the starter is getting power as is the alternator. i cant get my wipers or anything to work. am i missing something obvious that connects everything?

terrible one

The black wire you showed in your other post is for the neutral safety switch. It grounds the starter relay when the trans is in park or neutral so that you can't start it in gear. Make sure you have it hooked up or, if you are sure you are in neutral, you can just ground it. That might be your problem.

Check the main power wire (heavy red) that heads into the cabin from the battery to the amp gauge. I think that's the first port of call for power before the fuse box.
Use a test light to trace how far 12v is travelling.
Might only make it to a connector or fusible link before the power is no longer there.

I say this because I had exactly the same problem with my Aussie Charger just the other day.
Turned out to be a dicky bullet connector for that main "power in" where the engine harness joins up with the main harness.
I know it's not the same harness as US Chargers but the principle is still the same.
Gotta love a '69
