This thing is glued down Gooodd and since it is glued to fiberglass, I do not want to use adhesive remover. So do I need to just buckle down and use a scraper or does anybody know of a gentle remover?

According to a Mopar Muscle article;

Using a sharp knife, cut the sealer between the two box halves to open up the box. Just prying the halves apart can break the box.

The halves were already seperated, I used a scrapper and goo gone. Took about 20 minutes, but it is gone and the new one is in its place.

Randy, are you documenting your heater box resto anywhere?

Well, I am not really restoring, as I just replaced the heater core and replaced all the gaskets.

CDN72SE

Well that's the main thing, keeping things functioning properly.

I would like  to get new diaphrams, but I do not know who rebuilds them or where to buy new.
