Speedometer gear change

Hi all. I changed from 276 to 390 gears. My speedo is way off now. What exactly do I need to change to correct this? I know I need to change the speedo gear itself. Do I need to change anything else inside the trans (727)?

No - Just the gear.....you will need to spin the adapter to the right notch as well. You will see the numbers on the adapter.
