changing heater core

Can anyone give me info on how to change a heater core on a Non A/C 68 Charger R/T..I appreciate any tips..Thanks

it will be a lot easier if you pull the passenger front seat and console...otherwise it's pretty simple...

remove heater hoses from inside engine compartment, remove glove box and liner to gain access to cables & wiring...there will be 3 nuts on firewall to let box loose from car...

service manual would be your friend here as well

I urge you to buy Detroit Muscle Technology's heater box resto gasket kit. None better, used by many members here. He also includes some very good pictures to help you along the way. Good luck and we need........wait for it.......yep, pictures of the project. Over and out.
