1966 Charger fiberglass front fenders.

Is there anybody ouy there that can tell me if this car came with fiberglass front fenders or did someone install them later? They were on a parts car that I picked them up on a parts car when I bought my 66. Just curious. It suposedly had a fiberglass bumper ( parts of it were in what was left of the trunk) on it at one time also.. Just wondering if this was part of some package deal that Dodge offered back then.
