My suspension tear down is going slow however everyone on the board has been a big help.  One last problem.  The disc on the passenger side is stuck on the spindle.  It rotates very freely but will not come off.  I have hit the disc with a dead blow as well as a regular hammer but was wondering if there was another way.  Really don't want to damage the disc.  The bearings seem to be in excellent shape but somehow must be frozen on the spindle.  Help

Thanks

You might try a heavy slide hammer attached to the lug studs on the rotor.

If the outer bearing has spun and seized to the spindle you might have no choice but to destroy the rotor to get it off.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.
