Charger 1

We are trying to locate the '70 Charger that belonged to my brother-in-law's brother.  He sold it back in '91 or '92.  These pics are from a car show in Griggsville IL back in '92 or '93.  It was the last time any of us saw the car.  He is looking to see if he still has the vin number anywhere.  We would love to find the car to see it's current condition and to see if the current owner would be interested in selling.

Hey, I used to see 1 similar to it in Quincy off and on. You might call Hags Performance to see if he knows. He's a mopar guy. John

Can you get the VIN?  If so contact Chris over at the www.1970chargerregistry.com

He might have it in the database.
Chris' '69 Charger R/T

You could also try to go through the DMV to get the VIN if you have a picture of your old license plates...

I appreciate the input so far.  I spoke with Tom at Hags Performance.  He gave me a number to call but that owner has a '69 - not the '70 I'm looking for.  Let me know if this car rings a bell with anyone else.

A very good suggestion my daily driver challenged friend.  :icon_smile_wink:

Well, I thought I would update this thread for those interested.  Chris over at the '70 Charger Registry contacted the gentleman who registered the car back in 2006 and gave him my contact info.  I received an email from that very gentleman today who told me that after he restored the car, it was sold to someone in England - so much for a road trip to check out the Charger!  Anyway, I'm going to reply back to him to see if he will send me any pics of the car after it was restored.  If he does, I'll be sure to post them.
