side marker bezels

Cant figure out how to install the side marker bezels for a 69 charger.  I saw in a diagram that there is some sort of bracket to hold it in place, but cant seem to find one.  im now assuming that its attached with an adhesive.  anyone have any answers?

They have a bracket and accorn nuts to hold them in place.

Thank you sir!  I ended up finding some really nice pieces from wildcatmopars.com.  They are used retainers but with a little TLC,  they will be like new.
