V7R code RED Longitudinal accent stripes...first time I actually have seen that.....must be unusual....
Also the red interior...hm  :2thumbs:
He did not provide that much of information in the add, ask for details of build sheet and fender tags..
I would say if this is original, it's one off....

:o  WOW that is one sweet looking Charger. Red on black..  :drool5:   Shows a pic of the broadcast sheet but not of the fender tags. Sounds like it's all there though.  Is it some thing you can take a couple hour or less drive to see?

The guys a$$ doesn't really help that front end shot though.  :hah:

If it is what it is, and described correctly, I would jump all over this.    I'm really surprised there isn't a reserve on it.  Also, if it is an original 24k car, it should fetch a decent amount of money.  Options it has, with the color combo is very interesting.

I have it on my watch list to see what happens.  :scratchchin:

I'm not sure of the red interior either... It looks like its been painted inside. Looks to me like there is tooo much red for it to be a factory paint job.

Moparmann,

If you look a few posts up, you will see where I spoke to the owner.

Yes, another misleading Ebay add.

Cooter

This kinda sh*t reminds me of Carlisle a few years back. Looking at a "Stroker crank" for a 440. I whip out my slide mic and began to tell the owner of said "Stroker" crank it was a stock 440 piece. He replied "Well, it's a stroker if you put it in a 400"....

A little BS you mean.   I knew that car wasn't what it was right off the bat.  Sad thing is that there have been several bids and the reserve has been met, so someone is going to get shafted by this hillbilly.  ::)

Agreed.  But if one were to restore it, it would probably require a complete teardown.  I'd factor that into the offer.

at first glance its ok , but depending on just how far you want to bring it back to day one condtion i think a fair price would be 6-8 k factoring in all the work its gonna need to make it right.being that he's got the #'s motor w/ buildsheet & fendertag is awesome , but in his mind hes probably already set on a price . its just too easy to get upside down in a car , you damn near need to get it for free anymore. i dont think that will happen though. still a cool car though & would make a nice lawn decoration to have on the to do list .
