Can someone tell me how to take the chrome edge off my grills without damage.  I am ready to start cleaning them up (thanks for all the help) but it said to remove the chrome first.  is there a special tool?

Also how do you get the drip rails off the cars to have them redone  the body shop really messed up one of mine trying to take it off and I don't want to mess up the replacement taking it off

Drip rails usually have small screws holding them on - under all the weatherstripping and other tape etc.

Don't lose those screws!

I use a can opener to get the drip rail stainless trim off. just wrap a layer of electrical tape to the opener to prevent scratches.
If it ain't broke, fix it 'till it is.

Thing of beauty right there.
