71 Charger 440

I have a 71 dodge charger with a 440 motor automatic my dilema is that when I turn the key on I get no power to gauges lights anything. But I can jump the starter relay to get the car to crank over any ideas as to what could be my dilemma, I also dont have the temperture switch, trans switch hooked up any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated??

Transmission switch, as in neutral safety switch not hooked up??
