Avoid these ppl at all cost....I ordered a dash regulator 3 weeks ago and still haven't received it or any communication from them. They took my money from Paypal within a couple hours of buying it. I've sent them emails, called them (with no answer), and now filed a claim/dispute with Paypal.

For time reference, I ordered a fiberglass six pack hood a few days prior that had to be custom built and I received it yesterday.  :shruggy:

I can't stand ppl that do business like this and I use the word business loosely.

I did do some research on them before ordering and found good reviews and since they are in Arkansas like me I figured they'd be a safe bet...WRONG. It's a good thing they are about 4 hours away from me..but $63 isn't really worth it. I just want everyone to be warned about them and if anyone searches this forum they will get a heads-up on a crappy business.  :brickwall:

Sorry, with the information presented so far I am totally on the side of SRT here. $63 or not. Come on, not even an email response after 3 weeks? I mean how hard is it to type up 3 lines of text.. That's just weak!  :Twocents:

Did you order voltage regulator? If so, you could've bought one off of ebay or other vendor.

Same here. I placed 3 separate orders with them and have never had an issue. Even with shipping to Australia.
And the quality of the goods is excellent. I will certainly shop with them again in the future.

Tomorrow is promised to no one.......drive your Charger today.

I've tried calling, emailing, prayer...u name it..LOL. I'm sure a lot of ppl haven't had a problem with them...I normally don't dog ppl out on forums but I want everyone to make an informed decision when it comes to using them...I guess it's a roll the dice kind of thing.

Still no word from them... :rotz:

For less than $3 you could've gone to Radio Shack and got a 12v regulator and installed it in your housing. I've done several this way.

I tried the home built one with mine and it got hotter than hell!  Was done the right way and used heat sink compound and even a finned heat sink dissipator.  I got mine from RTE last year and it was fine.  Nice and cool to the touch and no worries.
