I have a 68 Charger with a 440 BB out of a 77 New Yorker. I want to use a chrome air filter, rather than the original. On the valve cover, there is a cap with a vacuum hose coming out of it. Do I need to hook this hose into the new Air filter? There is no hole there now-I want to know if I should drill one.
I have seen evil! I have seen horror!
I have seen the unholy maggots which feast in the dark recesses of the human soul!
I have seen all this. But until today, I have never seen such a pain in the ars car like this 68 Charger!

Chryco Psycho

it draws in clean air off the air filter but it has a filter inside as well so you do not have to hook it up
