I have a '69 Charger R/T 440 Auto w/ a Carter 4bbl AVS carb.

What all do I need if I would like to replace all of the fuel lines?

How many pieces do I need to purchase?

Does anyone have a diagram of where they are routed on the car and where they are fastened to the undercarriage?

Any help would be appreciated.

You can buy everything from YO
They sell the 3/8in fuel line and return line as one unit. full length very long.
Then you can buy the line from the carb the the vapor separator, ''if you put it back to stock''.
Then the fuel vapor separator, the large black filter that bolts to the fuel pump.
They also sell new clip sets as well.
Consider a new sending unit while you are at it, you may need one.
Then just route it the same way you took off the originals, assuming they are still correct.
Its not very hard, but its expensive no matter who you buy it from.

Thats pretty much what I did. Mine had been cut in a few different places and they ran rubber hose when I bought the car and were pretty much junk so I went with all new stainless lines from rightstuff detailing and was happy with there product. They seem to stock this stuff on the shelf there. The sending unit I bought from Jims and doesnt seem to register over 3/4 of a tank when its full and ive heard others say they have the same problemĀ  ??? I put a new tank in as well and it took care of my fuel starvation problem.

Thanks guys.

I bought two main lines - 3/8" & the 1/4" return line.

I also bought the 2 piece line set that runs from the fuel pump to the carb.

I also bought the rubber hose & clamps to tie everything together.

The sending unit is on its way.

I picked all the stuff up directly from inline tube in MI.  I asked them not to bend them as I was going totry and fit them in my Wife's Pacifica.  They barely fit.
