I would like to put my 2 cents in here, and may I suggest you go with sub-frame connectors. That will add some strengthening that you might need with over 600 horses on tap.

verticalflight

Thanks we are definitely doing a lot of stiffening on the frame.

Getting started on suspension and interior soon. Had to order gauges now, here is the design (from ampcustomshop.com)

I know im new member and my post dont hold much water but i like your build and the most important thing is that it turns out how you want it to.  Everybody doesn't want a regular resto. Im not a know it all or trying to convince you to do what you dont want, but you could reinforce the c and a pilar like they do in subarus. And if you dont want chrome, chrome can be anodized. But it looks like you're gonna paint them, which is good too. Its not like the finished product is going to look like that purple dart with the ford escort grille and light or whatever its got

Seriously cool  :coolgleamA: Best of luck with the build  :2thumbs: Will be waching with great interest  :scope:

The 11 charger lights might not be wide enough to match the rear contours. But it would look just as good.

Yep. Pretty much. Not to be a bitch or anything, but I can tell my tastes are getting better as they get more stock-biased.

verticalflight

Thanks!

Wheels are 18" and 19", with some pretty solid deep dish action in the rear :)

Gas cap is now in the trunk.
